Position Detials:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Partners in the daily operations of a dynamic startup. This role requires a candidate with excellent organizational and communication skills, combined with the ability to independently manage tasks, contribute creative ideas, and execute marketing and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence, creating marketing content, and supporting the promotion of our new mobile application.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partners, including scheduling, communications, document preparation, and project coordination.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts by developing and executing content strategies that enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
  • Design marketing materials and promotional content using Canva and other design/video editing tools.
  • Support the marketing and launch activities related to the company’s mobile application.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience engagement tracking to inform promotional efforts.
  • Handle assigned tasks with autonomy and critical thinking, ensuring timely and effective execution without the need for constant supervision.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and take initiative in promoting the company’s mission, products, and services.
  • Maintain organized digital records, databases, and communication logs.
  • Assist in planning and organizing remote meetings, online events, and presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles and/or digital marketing or content creation.
  • Proficiency in Canva and other design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Express, CapCut, InShot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated creativity and initiative in developing content and promotional strategies.

The Social Media & Marketing Manager at Tap-Dom is responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s digital presence and marketing strategy. This role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to manage social media content, drive online engagement, run promotional campaigns, and support overall brand growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and creative storyteller who understands how to build community, amplify impact, and generate buzz across digital platforms — aligning Tap-Dom’s mission of connecting style, innovation, and social good.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management
    • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Tap-Dom’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and DMs.
    • Grow Tap-Dom’s online presence and community organically.
  2. Content Creation & Strategy
    • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with Tap-Dom’s brand, campaigns, and events.
    • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and other creatives to produce high-quality visual and written content.
    • Use trends and analytics to guide content types (e.g., reels, stories, blogs, challenges).
  3. Marketing & Promotions
    • Plan and implement social media promotions and ad campaigns.
    • Launch influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
    • Drive awareness, engagement, and conversions using targeted campaigns and performance data.
  4. Engagement & Community Building
    • Foster a loyal Tap-Dom community by starting conversations, hosting virtual/in-person events, and spotlighting users/artists.
    • Manage giveaways, contests, and user-generated content.
  5. Analytics & Reporting
    • Track social media KPIs (growth, engagement, reach, click-throughs).
    • Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Ideal Profile:

  • Proven experience in social media and digital marketing (especially in fashion, tech, or lifestyle).
  • Strong visual sense and understanding of brand voice.
  • Creative, organized, data-driven, and trend-savvy.
